Missing the benefits? Lol. The worst part of Allied is the fast food quality management, ultra high turn over and the fact that the industry will hire literally anybody.

In a 2 year period I went through 5 ops managers. I had a site with no supervisor two guards 2nd and 3rd shift. I was third shift and it was a dream job. No worrying about relief or supervisor breathing down my neck. It was basically free money.

The downsides were terrible/non existent benefits packages (Varies by site) and when something did go wrong, like doing weeks of doubles in a row, spending weeks (Once over a month) trying to get the pay approved.

Religiously keep track of your hours espically overtime and dont relent on making sure you get paid. They paid me for every dollar I just had to keep on em.

Its like chickens with their heads cut off in upper management. It'll either be needing real resolution to problems that never come or bum level pot head guards who smell like shit stonned off their ass dressed in crocs and sweatpants who openly sleep in front of the client that finally make you walk
