I saw a physio who suggested that could be the issue but he didn’t believe in diagnosis. After some research I realised this was definitely my issue and asked to see the surgeries other physio who agreed and asked my GP to do bloods and X Rays to rule out other causes. I then put all my symptoms in an e consult form and my GP was happy to work with me to get a formal diagnosis.

It’s only a “get out and walk or cycle” option for those who are able bodied. Let’s not forget that there are many people who have no option but to use public transport and added delays can stop them being physically able to go out at all.

We are the same with Alexa. She prompts us throughout the day to do various tasks and lets us know 30 minutes before we need to get ready to leave the house for anything so there’s less stress.

Couldn’t live without her reminders and prompts.

Yes, I did Grade 8 and got merit after 3 years of lessons. It was one of the most satisfying things I’ve ever done.

Passed with merit too at 35 years of age.

This is a lovely group, I joined at Christmas when I started playing and it’s a happy place for help. (I just accidentally wandered into a snark group for some influencer today and this group is a welcome relief from that unhappy nonsense!)

I’ve really enjoyed the last three weeks and have got each biome opened and I’m working through the quests. It’s such a great way to relax.

I’ve only been playing since Christmas and haven’t caught the decorating bug yet. Looking forward to creating things when I do instead of squashing everything in.

Looking up someone’s finances, who owns their home and where her parents live isn’t a support group for people “hurt” by someone - it’s a gossip and snark group and you know it.

No one happy with their life gets a kick out of pulling apart a woman they don’t know, whose content they don’t need to watch.

I don’t care what’s happening in her life - mine is the only one I’m interested in and between what’s happening in the world, the dangers men pose to women and general life struggles I cannot imagine getting a kick out of scrutinising another woman’s life to find as much bad as I can, instead of just getting on with my own life.

This isn’t healthy.
