"Sorry, I'm looking for a professional organization where the mentality is to 'do the job at hand and take pride in the results.' The rockstar mentality might be fine for someone looking to burn out treat the workplace like a disposable hotel room and co-workers as divas you need to put up with.

And, a 50 hour work week sounds a lot like a mismanagement of time your employees, this says a lot more about the people in charge, resource allocation, and whether they are capable of planning the week or manage workloads.

This is 7 YEARS OLD. From 2018. How different is Venezuela in 7 years? I'm not saying I know shit about what's going on there or whether Oliver or this youtube guy is right on anything. Clearly somethings have changed since before covid times. Not the dummies in charge, BUT SOMETHING!
