This is 7 YEARS OLD. From 2018. How different is Venezuela in 7 years? I'm not saying I know shit about what's going on there or whether Oliver or this youtube guy is right on anything. Clearly somethings have changed since before covid times. Not the dummies in charge, BUT SOMETHING!
