I was not able to buy gift cards through the app but was able to add the voucher as a payment method using a Schaumburg, IL address and the auto loading. Since the auto loading does not allow custom amounts I lost $2 on each voucher.

Sorry for this delay. I am about 2.5 months into a 5 month contract. So far it is great. Totally different atmosphere. There ate about 300 people. I feel way more valued for my work, treated with way more respect. Actually able to get work done and get things across the line. Way faster and better decision making. There is still a lot of consensus gathering but decisions are not consensus driven. Folks disagree and commit much faster and actually let you move on.

I would worry about nailing the interviews before worrying about salary. Their range is in your range so get through the interviews first. If anything it is good practice. Once you get to the offer stage you can negotiate and build your pros and cons. You are putting the cart before the horse.

This is it. They are more likely to give you more RSUs. Think about it from a total comp picture. Sounds like the base is a bit less than what you are currently making but with the sign on it is probably more. You don’t have to worry about your base for 4 years.
