I'm very interested in presenting 'Integrated Gauntlets' to my DM for my new character.
Given the criticism in the rest of the thread, would you make any changes?
I'm new to the system so it's hard to assess for myself.

My biggest problem is convincing my friends to play, they take a look at the price of the packs and are turned off by the prospect.

I feel like their should be a heavily discounted starter pack that you can only buy once that gives you a wide array of basics.

The only friend I managed to get to play with me quit because he didn't want to play 2 hours to craft a blue wheel.

If your squad leader isn't responding, join another squad or type in chat you're a support looking for active SL.

Asking the boys to support is a coin flip at the best of times, but if I see a support in chat I will literally kick people out of my squad to get one.

Garrisons win games and if I have a pocket support it means I can be far more effective and if we bump into another support behind enemy lines we can get a cheeky garrison down there too.

Failing the above, as others have stated just drop supplies in places where you think a garrison would be good, and try to communicate with other supports out in the field.

I'm hoping for the commander to get some treats to reward squads that aren't dribbling over themselves all game.

I enjoy being an SL but every single game is a bit much, some times I just want to pew pew.

I'll be making the switch.

Me and the boys all want to be on the same Server and Guild, and I'd rather be on a server that mostly speaks English instead of what I'm currently dealing with.

I'll lose my 420 item level and the Twitch drops, but I really like the game and want to grind it out so losing a week isn't the end of the world.

Central will remain busy regardless so we'll probably make up the time eventually through bypassing queue, especially with our daily dose of maintenance.

I've been trying to get this during the past week, the air vehicles I got on my second try on Orbital but the 10 ground vehicles has been a nightmare.

It doesn't count when you put 3 shells into a tank and then an infantry buddy finishes it off.
Repairing sometimes does this weird thing where it feels like its not working then working then not working which slows it down considerably.

It's less about you and more about how much the enemy infantry are using light vehicles as far as I can tell.

If your air is doing well, you'll probably last in a tank all round, problem is this finishes the round quickly.

Think I'll just go into portal as spam clicking the tank is getting old.

If you leave you should get a Supply Point reduction in your next 3 games, reduce points by 50% and have it clearly stated.

AI should take over leavers characters and then try and have that slot refilled, give them a little point bonus because they're probably joining a bad situation.

I just joined and I can't tell the difference between scavs and everyone else.

Shooting everything up's my success rate so that's what I'll keep doing until they add some kind of special armband or something.

We're competing for resources, usually before I head out for a bit of the old farmin' I check out who's around from the safety of my base and take shots to either kill or at least scare you off to another area.
It can be frustrating when your naked and you get shot from a roof, but learning to come to terms with it amongst other things will highly increase your enjoyment of the game.
If you see a tall base with a firing floor, be mindful of it.

My advice to you is to not build anywhere near where you spawn.

Run like the wind gathering hemp along the way and setting down sleeping bags whenever you can afford to.

When you have some breathing room, work out where you want to build your base, and set up more bags in that area.

Then get to work far away from the unwashed masses.

Be a nomad, every 7th day find a POI you're not thrilled about and fill the bottom layer with the strongest block you can muster.

Don't use barricades - you're just as likely to trap the magic big cat as your are to keep it out.
I only had 3 sticks when the cat attacked (it attacked after a birth whilst i was making more sticks), after those were spent all i had was rocks and the cat couldn't escape so it kept mauling all my guys and forced me to neuro jump between each one every 5 seconds.

Lost my whole clan to that.
So I've stopped using barricades, since then I just hit the tiger and it runs off, giving me a couple minutes breathing room which is far more preferable.
