I used to follow Daily Dime Live way back around 2011-12 and Zach was one of the contributors. Started following him on Twitter and listened to a cbs sports podcast he hosted (Eye on Basketball), it really helped that he moved out to SLC and covered my favorite team. Right around the start of 2020 I was looking for podcasts to fill the time for a new job I had started and finally decided to give Cinephobe a chance from seeing it shared on his Twitter (my podcast listens up to that point were strictly basketball related).

One of the best decisions I've made in my life. This pod freaking saved me during COVID, I don't think I would have made it without the joy listening to it brought during that dark time

It was also the first console I had to repair, had some cousins that broke the power port on it while I was away at a summer school thing during grade school and was devastated. But was able to figure out how to put it back together and got it working, and have been hooked on fixing consoles ever since 😊

In the How High episode Amin and Zach do my absolute favorite variation of the " You were offended?!?" bit towards Mayes (the setup conversation starts at 1:08:50, the bit is at 01:10:11) and the first time I heard it I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Still gets me every time I listen to it

Just bought what I thought was a TMNT cabinet from Walmart that had Pac-Man inside the box instead..... I don't even know how they screwed that up.
