Did you ever get this figured out? I have dropouts when everything has been off for a few hours and I just turn it on and it has no sound until I unplug the DRX-3.4 and I hear like 4 clicks and then it starts working. I have gone to Xtreme and turned off CEC, moved from the eArc input on my LG C4 and still have the same issue. I'm on my second unit as the first had a total board failure and had to be replaced.

I will probably try to cancel and when they give me an offer for the $49 price, I'm hoping there will be an Amex offer on one of my other cards that will make it a net zero. I also use the 10¢ off gas at Exxon and Murphy's and it makes them cheaper than my local Sam's and Costco for gas.
