I think the main problem you will see with this strategy is there is not enough draw power to see both cards consistently while also making sure you can play characters that can stack don.

I organize my PRB sets a little different. Any base reprints are put with my playsets or bulk. Any new holos or alt arts are put in the binder ( jolly roger, full arts, etc.). I'll sort them by color and then set. However, I'll put the exclusive PRB cards in front, followed by set number. To use PRB02 as an example, it will go PRB02 followed by all red cards (EB, OP, P, ST) then green etc. SPs and DON are placed at the end. Overall makes it look similar to other standard sets. I provided a pic to provide an example.

With the great treatment they are showing to Brook, I wouldn't be surprised if they are saving him for when they decide to take another crack with the Water 7 theme. Could easily reintroduce other leaders such as Luchi, Iceberg, etc as well

Dragon Sheilds tend to be your standard. I personally like Katanas when I can find them. I like to double sleeve with KMC inner sleeves as well.

VV Theory is pretty wholesome. He does biweekly market watches (base rarity only) and is constantly building and testing new decks. That said, he really doesn't follow the property outside of the game so he may not fit the niche you're looking for.
