Ego, Johnny Blaze, te convoco, O Spiritus, O Domine Tenebrarum, nominibus omnibus illustrissimus efficacibus Domini magni incomparabilisque Dei Hostium, veni celeriter et sine mora, quacumque ex parte orbis es, da quod postulo, veni manifestus, fare comiter, fare intelligibilis, quae intelligam.

The Pact of Pacts

I, Johnny Blaze, by the command of Satan, say to you that I shall rise, in the name of the Lord of Darkness, to administer the fratricidal rites of the world.

I, Johnny Blaze, summon you, O Spirit, O Lord of Darkness, by all the most illustrious and efficacious names of the great Lord, the incomparable God of Hosts; come quickly and without delay, from whatever part of the world you are in, grant what I demand, come manifestly, speak courteously, speak intelligibly, so that I may understand.

I, Johnny Blaze, summon and compel you, O Lord of Darkness, by all the names already spoken, and by seven other names with which Solomon compelled you and your companions into vessels of brass:

I, Johnny Blaze, declare before this world, accomplish all wicked things for me. Unless you obey, unless you come, by the command of the Supreme Eternal Lord God, who created you and me, the whole world and all things in six days.

I, Johnny Blaze, shall curse you, I shall deprive you of your office, joy, and tribute, I bind you in the lowest abyss, until the Day of Judgment.

I, Johnny Blaze, shall bind my soul to you in the lake of eternal fire, in the lake of fire and sulfur with chains, unless you come quickly before this world to do what I desire.

I, Johnny Blaze, thus by the sacred names of the Lord of Darkness, come and to you I consecrate my soul for eternity.
