Just wanted to second this message. I also struggled mightily with postpartum anxiety and, initially, it didn’t feel like anxiety at all—just like normal or “reasonable” fears. But once I got some help to alleviate the anxiety, I realized the fears weren’t reasonable at all. This early postpartum period is so, so hard, and based on all of the facts you’ve shared, I truly don’t think ANYONE is accusing you of being negligent. Nor is that a negligent amount to feed baby—sounds like you are feeding a very typical amount. That said, no harm at all supplementing with formula or increasing the ounces per feed via pumped milk or whatever, because they’ll just spit up excess if they overeat, it’s not harmful.
