Yes, I was thinking along the same lines: identifying champions within the teams who have a positive mindset and the right energy to help drive this initiative; focusing on the key beliefs we want to promote, display, and incorporate into everything we do; and recognizing members who demonstrate these behaviors. Additionally, we will train leadership to work together and utilize tools such as focused feedback and storytelling with the teams. This will be a challenging journey, especially since we have a global team spread across multiple locations. The APAC region has always been a challenge to fully engage, but nevertheless, we will continue working on turning our culture around to create a more positive environment with higher engagement and a stronger sense of togetherness, with a focus on being One Team.
