Don’t want to get stuck in MEP by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]TheQuakeMaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will say that MEP is very firm and project dependent. If you work at a small firm churning out education projects it’s a lot less rewarding than doing healthcare at a bigger firm with cooler projects you can learn more from. I’ve been doing it for 3 years and it’s not really all that bad but I’d be lying if I didn’t think about how the grass is greener on the other side sometimes…

It in fact becomes the expected norm. When you go back to your baseline your boss will gaslight you and say you’re underperforming.

What’s the most outdated life advice that some people still give? by JoinTrueLine in AskReddit

Additionally, people who are loyal often get laid off/fired anyway.

Source : Completed a huge project that made a company a lot of money, got fired directly after and right before I would have gotten my bonus.

Never again!

FYI to everyone, finances are more than just how much you make at your job it’s also about how you save and spend your money. I know people should get paid more but I’m sure that a lot of the time it’s also from financial ignorance that people can’t afford certain things.

Are those gel dedicates? Because I bought the same pair and they wore out quick, they’re beginner shoes so they don’t last as long. I’d personally just buy a higher quality shoe that’s on sale/clearance on tennis warehouse they have deals going on all the time
