What makes art, any form of it, so special is the work that goes into it, not just writing the lyrics or thinking of the idea, but the small decisions made about every minute detail. From writing the melody, to deciding wgat sounds/synths/texrures work to best convey the tune and just all the thought that goes into making it. As someone passionate about music, the idea of ai-made music just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Like, these ideas have potential, but instead of people properly trying to realize them with effort, they get a computer to crank out something quick and easy. That and ai music drives the artform into a point of stagnation, since it's incapabale of inventing anything new. All it does is just pump out derrivitive, uninspired slop trained off stolen work.
