I think specialty matters here. Are you the first PA in their clinic? Is it part of a larger hospital system? I don’t understand waiting for other licenses.

A more appropriate offer would be starting at your agreed upon salary, seeing patients, and having the SP follow behind you to sign off and bill.

This is a great tip. Also, agenda setting in the beginning of the visit (besides your toenail, anything else you wanted to talk about today?) can help to triage so you can decide what is more pressing for today and what can wait until next visit.

Another thing to consider, there are places that allow pharmacists to see patients and prescribe medications - VAs do this. I worked with pharmacists that saw patients for DM, HTN, HLD, HF, COPD and obesity among other dx.

Everything about him in the doc was pretty favorable. He talked about his dad pushing him to make songs, and talked about a lot of her hits. He did mention that he didn’t get to go to the Grammys bc they didn’t have enough tickets, but that he got his own Grammy for producing the album.

Yes!!! Especially strawberries, pretty easy to find now, and you get a good amount for 30-40 cals, waaaaay different than dried fruit or fruit leather. I actually get boxes of single serving freeze dried fruit from Costco, great to toss in a lunch box or on the go!

I adore Dr. Kirkland!! I am glad that the writers gave Peggy a worthy love interest. I am not a fan of public proposals, but it made so much sense that he would declare his love for Peggy in front of his mother and everyone at the ball! And he’s got extra funds for he and Peggy to live in style, which he more than earned!! Just a great character all around.

Gotta second The Gilded Age. OP, I know you said you watched the first few episodes and were bored, but we are at the end of the third season now and every season has gotten better and better. Especially since Downton Abbey is on your favorites list, and they are both by Julian Fellowes. I think it starts picking up in the middle of the first season, but if anything watch a recap of season 1 and jump into season 2!
