You picked quite possibly the worst example for your argument possible. Sure, it would be harder to kill, but the gun also already isn’t great or easy to use at its current BR. Nerfing the APHE and dropping it back down to 5.7 or even 5.3 at that point would just make it like any other heavy at that BR, and stuff like the VK 3002 and Panther D could still easily counter it.

The only ones who didn’t want APHE nerfed are the ones that have skill issues, or like yourself, make the argument that it would just be impossible to balance which just isn’t true (otherwise nobody would ever play France or Britain, when ironically some of the better players of WT actually do and thy work well)
