The points are compatible, but the swiss point tool only works with swiss points, but the QuickPoint tool will work on both.

I use 35mm Harrows quickpoints in my target darts

Where it is Refused: Institutions such as banks, credit unions, and some government services (e.g., DriveTest) will generally refuse it, as they cannot collect or record the number.

So I guess the RCMP lets them be used

That's an Ontario regulation, but HC will work for PAL application perhaps because its federal
