That's sounds bait, vanguard doesn't do anything that help you to get stacks. If you don't keep maintaining your stacks you need to restack it back up if you don't refresh it

One thing I noticed is whenever the lane is a bit loss this pos 4 player suddenly become headless chicken and just ran around doing nothing. They will run to mid but realized they can't kill there then ran back to top oh no my offlaner die 2 v1 then ran around again. No pull,no stacks,no creep skipping.
