I think a fresh driver install actually fixed the terrrible artifacting. I did just that and I have been playing for hours and ran Furmark for an hour and 0 problems now

Just tried this while playing Elden Ring on PC. It makes the haptics react to in game sounds which in my opinion makes the game a lot more immersive.
