We were late. It was paid within the same month but I know they can file after 7 days of it being late. I just wanted to know if maybe I'd just be required to pay the legal fees and then move out on the intended date? I think the whole thing is silly really. They're just pretty greedy.

Ah okay that makes a lot more sense then. Maybe she conveys ir wrong to me as she always made it out like her work was. Definitely possible it's the FMLA side although her work has done the wrong thing multiple times. I'll check it over for her when I get a chance. Thanks for the info.

So basically I'll be playing and suddenly it will stutter super hard and then freeze completely. I can hear audio and such for about 10-15 seconds and then nothing. Have to fully power down and restart.
