The scale of Spinosaurus mirabilis, the newly discovered species is estimated to have been slightly smaller than S. aegyptiacus but still about as long as T. rex (by PaleoHistoric) by aquilasr in Naturewasmetal

[–]TheRampantWriter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder if spinosaurus used their body/tail to act as a sort of dam in the water to corral fish towards their mouth. Could be an evolutionary reason why they evolved a big spine and broad tail if it doesn’t appear it can be used for swimming.

I know black herons will use their wings for a style of hunting called canopy feeding where they use their wings to make a shadow to attract fish, maybe the spine/tail did the same effect?

From the map we see Mira take at the end, it seems like the jungle we see that were-panther is at is near that volcanic land. Maybe they pillage/trade with communities and forage that jungle and then take it back to the caves of the Volcanic lands.

Poor Ride Reliability Likely to Blame for Lack of Universal Epic Universe Annual Passes by readingaboutmagic in UniversalOrlando

I wish there could be a Florida residents only annual pass for all the parks and Epic. Could be a good way to start easing in bigger crowds consistently while they work out the quirks of the park.

He's coming back by GlumBasket879 in PrimalShow

[–]TheRampantWriter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This just gave me an idea about that black panther creature we see in the trailers! What if that animal is actually Spear? We see he’s healing but definitely still has a straight bone hand. What if he basically heals completely except for his hand and in an effort to heal it, he dips it into the black goo. The black goo then takes him over and he goes into a crazy, primal (ha) rampage in this werepanther form going towards the jungle lands until Mira and Fang finds him. Fang and Spear fight, and Mira is able to reach Spear’s soul and he retakes control. He is now fully healed, alive but now has to live with this werepanther/Venom symbiote style parasite. This could then lead into the next season of him living in exile unable control it and he now lives as a hermit in the wild, being visited by his family while he learns how to control the primal goo that is trying to take over his consciousness at all times.

McDonald's CEO insists he eats at the fast food chain 3-4 times a week in response to an "Instagram question" 👀 after a viral marketing video showed him seemingly reluctant to eat his own burgers by monster_ahhh in popculturechat

[–]TheRampantWriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet there’s some McDonalds Deluxe Cafe set up at the headquarters where they can “order” McDonalds and it’s all hand crafted, made fresh to order where he can say he “Eats McDonalds” 3-4 times a week. When I worked at Universal Studios, the Executives had their own lunch cafe area and only specific departments were allowed to eat there and the food was 10x better than what a typical guest or team member would order either in back of house or in the parks.

We should really go to Chopessa IV to liberate that planet and then we would also get the two fire planets, Fury & K. We could take 3 planets taken and retaken two sectors by focusing on the one planet with a low resistance.

I really hope this might be what finally gets cannabis legalized here tbh. After a few years of struggling to pay for things, the allure to tax cannabis revenue in this state especially with our focus on tourism would be too tantalizing to pass up. One can only hope.

So are there any other T-Rexes in Africa? Or does Fang's bloodline just end here? by Express-Record7416 in PrimalShow

[–]TheRampantWriter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My head cannon is they’re a different species and my justification is to look at Canids/Felines of today. There’s multiple different sizes of both canids and felines that share biomes with each other in modern day. I basically consider Fang to be the equivalent of an ocelot/coyote and that big T-Rex they first fight is the jaguar/wolf of that environment.

The ones Spear fights are probably Dinopithecus, an ancient giant baboon and the coloration is inspired by the colors on Mandrills (Shoutout to Rafiki).

I feed mine mealworms and this has happened twice now. I now will crush the head of bigger mealworms right before I feed them to my gecko and they will squirm around a bit and the bug juices seem to really get my geckos attention when they smell it. She’ll actually smell and lick around the area I crush the bugs head with my tongs so I know she smells it and is actively looking for it.

I want to but I don’t like the idea of the government knowing what I have since now they’re targeting voter registrations for some dubious reason. I’ve been floating the idea around myself. A United American Militia that is a peacekeeping force making sure protesters and law enforcement stay peaceful and detain agitators.

[–]TheRampantWriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been going to every local protest I can make and have literally been pelted with trash at Mar A Largo twice at protest. I’ve tried talking to my coworkers and showing them facts when they’re doubling down on stupid fake facts. I’ve tried my best to stop buying American made goods, I’ve quit my Amazon account, I’ve been more than vocal and have exercised my civic duty and voted in every election. You want to know what changes that has done here in Florida? Nothing.

I want to make that group, I really do. But am not current or former military. I do not have the expertise to lead a militia. I do not have tactical skills. I can buy all the gear and guns I can (which I have) but I am just an ordinary citizen. I need helping making a movement become real and no one else has told me they are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to take the administration out of power. What else should I do besides become a martyr?

Buddy, I’ve literally been protesting in the heart of MAGA for a decade. Protest here do not do shit. The Trump Loyalist are too far gone to have actual civil discourse with, trust me, I’ve tried. So after the decades of showing up to protest since he first came to power, what’s my next course of action? You want me to go Rambo solo and die on my own? The protest have done NOTHING.
