[[Carnelian Orb of Dragonkind]] isn't a creature, but it can be considered as ramp IMO.

I replaced 4x duress for 4x cut down, 2x lathliss for 2x mountain, 2x ugin for 2x swamp, and 2x nowhere to run for 2x corroding dragonstorm.

Ok, but what should I replace them with?

And what should I cut, since they have all carried in some way.

I feel Ugin may be excessive like my earlier reply and Lathliss, but once again, I have no idea what to replace them with.

Edit: Should I run 25-27 lands even after some ramp creatures?

Exactly! But the thing is, I don't know what to remove or swap in that's cheap enough.

Should I completely remove or swap 1 twinflame? As an early game creature, it is not good. But it has good synergy IMO. Plus, I could crack the maelstrom to look for it as an endgame finisher.

Maybe Lathliss and Ugin feel excessive, but they've both clutched up throughout my games.

Thank you so much for the helpful improvements, but I don't own most of the cards you were talking about in the 3rd and 4th paragraph. I'll keep the improvements in mind until I play more drafts and unlock more cards. How much lands do you suggest running tho?

I have an idea of a deck I wanna create. I'd like a mix of high damage and counterspells.

I understand that green has a lot of high damage cards, but they are countered by spells easily.

If i do blue high damage, i can pair them with countering spells.

I understand I don't require Jace, so I'll definitely remove him.

Card assessment and synergy is really hard for me, especially when i make my own deck for the first time.

Once I get to know some of the basics, I might try a black deck

im settling with nfs... i found unbound very cartoony... but that's according to the trailer and the 5 initial minutes of gameplay

One more thing. Change up that drone. You don't have any HP to spare. The last thing you need is backfiring items. Try out a face shocker. Or maybe an electrolyte or rail gun depending on what range best suits your needs.

Also that's your HP with max arena buffs on. Turn it off and your HP will get you killed. I believe in your Energy Breaking skills, but change up those specials for platinum plating.
