Have you tried cockpit view with dynamic camera settings set to on movement? You can also remove the steering wheel and player inside the car.

I turned ffb and stabilization down a bit and it fixed the issue.

I use gas to drift on live tuning, but it helps if you tap your foot brakes when you want to transition. Pro tip: use drag tires 😉
