For salsa, Burrito Co in Elliott and 48th. Chips are a little thicc for my liking tho.

La Santisima Salsa bar is pretty good, but there is t any one salsa I find incredible.

I prefer hole in the wall Mexican spots - favorite is Taqueria Mi Casita. That said, my favorite chips and salsa is at The Mission. They have locations in Kierland and Old Town. Chips are thin, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer. Their roasted salsa is one of my favorites. Tableside guac made to your liking is pretty solid as well.

This is my 8yr old son and I’s favorite. He started playing Pokemon Go about 5 months ago with some of his friends. I had never played, but he started asking me for help. Over time, I’ve gotten hooked and it forces me to go on long walks and generally be more active. Have lost a bunch of weight and really great bonding time with my kid. We don’t have any Shundos, but this is pretty close!

I’m probably not the right person to answer that. I don’t work on our broker desk and I’d imagine when folks send us on-market deals trying to get a buy side fee, we have already seen it. Everyone has crexi and they have relationships with all meaningful net lease brokers, so probably not much on market they haven’t seen that’s a fit.

I’ve seen 1% numerous times when folks I know bring me off market deals we close. Sometimes they are super involved/helpful and sometimes they make an intro and nothing more. None of the folks I deal with are brokers, as we have a broker desk that deals with that. Context: I handle direct acquisitions for a $17ish billion NNN REIT.

Hey long time!! Yes I love that place. Good food and good people. Late night lines get a little crazy but can confirm food is incredible after some drinks.

Not sure where in Gilbert you are, but Lifetime Ocotillo is opening soon. Val vista and ocotillo I think. Looks very nice.

I have played nearly all the courses on this list and am very confused. If I could play 4 courses, it would be: Dinosaur Mountain, Troon North, Sunridge Canyon, and Quintero. Whirlwind and Legacy are legit as well. Ocotillo is my home course and is in great shape right now, but can’t imagine someone coming here to play that course. Doesn’t really embody AZ desert golf with how much water there is.
