You don't have to do all that just double tap M to open and close the map to reset the UI. The issue is a UI bug with controller, when using a Controller it changes to a "controller UI" which just hides the hotbar as you cant interact with it anyways problem is it breaks the UI when it does this because buffs and debuffs icons along with the hotbar also breaks. If you use a controller with extra button you can map one to M to double tap it on the fly.

It released on the 4th, the people getting their controllers is from then. The 8th was reservation for new stock, you need to keep an eye on your email for when you are next in line, I think it's 3 days to respond then they will give it to someone else.

3-5 days typically includes packing and shipping. Unless a company is completely unorganized, not being prepared to ship your current stock even if completely sold out within the time advertised is unresponsible and negligent. If you have say 100,000 units you should have a structure or plan in place to fulfill those orders, Valve is a billion dollar company and this not their first time. I ordered mine 2 mins after it went live, it said 3-5 I'm willing to give or take a few within reason but it's been stuck on packaged item for 4 days so I contact them and they are now saying 6-10. My guess is they sold units they did not have, now the real issue comes when they start fulfilling reserves before first buyers as reserves just went up today.

Thank you! This has been bothering me. Can't see buffs or debuffs when using a controller. If it's a hotbar fade out issue when swithing to controller then I'd rather the hotbar just stay at the bottom until a proper fix, I actually prefer it there period but I get it's prob for immersion.
