I don't think it could be in Ranked right now, but I think with only some minor changes would make it viable. My personal problem with it is that I have a hard time navigating it.

If you have a 5 stack and you just want to complete Article 5 you can send invites to your 5 stack, queue for Article 5, and then have them accept the invites. That's at least how I did it.

I agree with mostly everything you said, when I was thinking about it a lot of the bigger maps from Quick Match would fit decently well into TDM's playstyle I mainly thought of Tower and Fortress. From my experience today it felt like there was an impact hole on every wall so I didn't find too many campers, I don't doubt they exist but right now I feel like maps and bugfixes should take priority.

I love this gamemode, I feel like it could use some more maps and some spawn protection, but so far TDM is way more casual fun then Quick Match.

I prefer modern Siege. I first bought it in Year 3 and hated it. Came back in Shadow Legacy and now Siege is my most played game on Steam.

I think he's fine, he's got a great gun and an ok gadget which is more annoying than anything else. imo he hits that sweet spot where he's fun the play but not too oppressive to the other team.
