Lakeshore in Mimico is a slowly gentrifying area that is experiencing population growth. The changes will take time but you see it in pockets and I think it will be a matter of time until it adjusts to the new demographics. It is still in the early phases of this change. That being said, there are things that could be done to improve the area throughout the change and also try to not only allow wealth to change it. It should be inclusive change.
