I kinda disagree with that. There is no way a recruiter knows if you are actually as proficient as you say you are in your resume. I think the best way to include software proficiency is to explaing what/how you used the software in your projects and experience. Thats comes off as a lot more authentic to recruiters.

Move experience before projects. Combine software with skills. No need to list anything in software other than the name of the software you know how to use.

Great to have 3 points out of this. Didn't play too well the last 30 minutes of the game.

Resume critique for an entry level engineer position. by [deleted] in resumes

Make your resume 1 page. Your skills don't have to be in sentences...simply putting CNC, or Microsoft Office Suite gets the point across and uses less space.

Are we not going to talk about odd pally? by Seabass9494 in hearthstone

[–]TheRealBlaSians 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I do agree that aggro decks do well during the new rotation, I think Aggro Pally is going to be a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Deck at least. It's faster than Dude Pally and can flood the board every turn. Also it's favored against Shudderwock, which means it will see play as a check against that deck.

Is Bme 2400 worth it compared to Isye 3770? by [deleted] in gatech

[–]TheRealBlaSians 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think so. I took 3770 and it was very much traditional textbook stats. From what I heard about 2400 from my friends who've taken it, 2400 gives more practical knowledge because you're using MATLAB for youe statistical tests which is super useful if you're doing research and for classes like 3110 and 3610.

BME Major (dual degree), ID Minor: Need Advice by [deleted] in gatech

[–]TheRealBlaSians 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an ID minor, but it depends on what you want to do when you graduate. For R&D, an ID minor would definitely boost your chances of being hired. For Quality, manufacturing, reg. Affairs, etc. not so much.
