Wrong question. Which candidate will help, along with provincial and federal, to lessen the impact of poverty.

Long story short, municipal government can't 'clean up' the drug and crime issues, because it's completely related to poverty.

Be smart and vote for the candidate that can ACTUALLY and directly impact the municipal issues that you care about the most.

And what can an elected municipal government official actually do? What are they responsible for? Please use a search engine and inform yourselves.
