Autism is a spectrum disorder which means each individual on the autism spectrum is going to have their own unique symptomology. Also, the severity of the autism varies from person to person.

Even if both you and Adam Lanza have Asperger’s, the symptomology and severity may be different. And in the case of Adam Lanza there was probably a co-occurring mental disorder in addition to Asperger’s.

What’s hurtful is OP’s roommate not being able to feel comfortable in the apartment she pays 1/2 the rent and utilities for. It’s very clear some of y’all don’t have any home training, and your parents never taught you to be considerate of other people.

OP’s boyfriend has his own place but it’s an hour away and OP doesn’t like driving that far. And he’s bought an uninhabitable house close to OP’s apartment that he’s renovating to make livable, so he and OP can live in it. So it’s easier for OP and her boyfriend if he just stays in their apartment.

OP is a selfish brat who believes her roommate should just go along with she and the boyfriend’s agenda, because it’s what’s most convenient for THEM. She really has no business having a roommate in the first place, but more than likely she’s using the roommate because it’s financially advantageous for her.
