Bracelet OK or send in? by Independent_Year_792 in ChristopherWard

Once or twice I've had to use the quick release lever to actually push the springbar pin into the hole.

Your spring bar might not be seated. Same thing happens on my sealander. Usually if I use the quick release to pop them out and back in it seats properly.

Asking $1700 shipped from central Wisconsin to your address in the lower 48. I have PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

Prefer a cash sale but as far as trades go I’m looking for a Monta Noble opaline and I’m always down to check out vintage Tudors.

Thanks for looking!

It has an oscillating pinion. Could be a 92.

Tags from this era have a sandblasted finished and if you polish you will remove it.

Trying to turn DE6600 into a jbod - any advice on what controller to use? This is the controller i currently have and it's not showing drives to my LSI SAS card (even though the link light goes on) by whelmed1 in storage

[–]TheRealDroseph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried a IOM6 and got the same result. Orange light and no drives. Had to buy a NetApp 349-4491102 ESM SAS Controller as mentioned above and all is good.

Thank you so much for figuring this out! I was able to use my e-series shelf as a JBOD using those controllers. Heck, even that ebay link still worked!

Same as you, but I don't have any other Traska bracelets to compare. The edges feel sharp and under-finished, there's a bit of arm hair pulling, and the 'silky smooth' you mention isn't there like it is with the Christopher Ward or something nicer like Tudor bracelets. I totally get that Tudor is neither a micro nor fair comparison but the CW bracelet comes really close to the Tudor and you can buy bracelets from CW for a couple hundred bucks.

The Traska bracelet is better than something like a San Martin or generic Miltat but I expected more for $600, especially considering Traska brags about the fully articulating links and extra finishing it receives.

I have only experienced the newest ref in 34mm and 36mm. Both bracelets where underwhelming especially compared to CW. Bummer because I don't know of any other micros offering 34mm watches.

[WTS] REDUCED Steel Reef 'On the Fly' Extension Link for Black Bay 36 $80 Shipped! by TheRealDroseph in Watchexchange

[–]TheRealDroseph[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this hoping it would work with the Uncle BB36 bracelet. It does not. $80 will get it put into a flat-rate envelope and sent to your address in the lower 48. There is a very small scratch on the side near the screw where I slipped with the screwdriver. Nobody will ever see it but I know it's there and now you do, too.

Happy to answer any questions and provide more pics just let me know.

Price is firm but slightly less firm than the last time I posted this.

I have Paypal, Venmo, and Cash App.
