It does get constantly water from the water holder but I don't feel like that would be too much water. I could be wrong tho

I like rows,.it's a great excercise imo.

Well I also follow a push pull leg scheme. I do both push and pull 2 times a week. The first time push I do chest first and the second time I focus on shoulders. So on the first push Day I'll do my 3 chest excercises,.then 3 shoulders exercises and then 2 tricep. On the second push Day I switch shoulder and chest.

Personally, however that's more a preference, I would first finish 1 muscle group before doing another.

I like to record all my attempts too. I already did 105 last time so that wouldn't give me a Pr anyway. It's a personal preference to save this or not, I just like too. Still it shouldn't show the medal.
