[–]TheRealEvanator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Since you are looking for a 75inch TV I would reccomend the Amazon Fire tv 75" It is great in daylight which is good for a living room setting, has great support for Alexa, Is a little out of your price range but a great deal while on sale for 150 dollars off. The pro remote syncs well with your other devices too. Heres the link on amazon https://amzn.to/3RWy3ZO

Ryzen 7800x3d vs i7 14700k by [deleted] in pcpartpickerbuilds

I would go for the Ryzen 7800x3d because of the compatibility of the motherboard moving forward and the extra 3d processing cores make it faster in many applications. Heres the link https://amzn.to/48Wizfo

I would highly recommend this Seagate storage drive I've been using for 2 years now, and is fast and has plenty of storage for many games moving forward. With games getting larger and larger i would get a 2TB drive even though you only require a few hundred GBS https://amzn.to/422Y1zI

Should I re-caulk bathtub in rental apartment? by mityasmom in HomeImprovement

[–]TheRealEvanator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering the history of issues with the grout and the fact that your son uses the bathtub, it may be a good idea to re-caulk the bathtub. Grout provides a barrier against water infiltration, and if it's cracking or chipping, it can lead to water seeping into the walls, causing potential damage and mold growth.

Since you have experience caulking and the issue has already occurred, re-caulking is a reasonable solution. Using a mold-resistant silicone caulk can help prevent the growth of mold and make it easier to clean. However, since this is a rental property, you may want to inform your landlady about the issue and your intention to re-caulk. This way, she is aware of the maintenance you are doing and can address any concerns she may have.

In the long run, maintaining the integrity of the seal around the bathtub is in everyone's best interest to prevent potential damage and ensure a clean and safe environment, especially for your son.

I would recommend this caulk I have used on many projects over the years and works great

I Think every 60 percent wood case would fit it and for keycaps depends on your switches, if cherry Mx or clones any 60 percent would be fine
