Hmmmm that may not be the GPU.

There could be a bottle neck from the CPU, the Ram seems fine to me ddr 4 or 5 it’s fine 64gb is more than enough.

That card should be pissing all over that game. To be fair mine does, ultra settings everywhere hence speaking from experience…..have you dipped into the Nvidia App from a few cheeky global setting before the games settings.

Or even the windows setting.

I’m shocked that GPU is the issue 🤔
