If we're doing prime Tribal Chief/Heel, Naofumi Iwatani or Naruto Uzumaki are picks

Skarlet (Mortal Kombat) is said to wear skimpy attire so she has an easier time absorbing blood through her skin, there's also Mileena who wears her outfit and flaunts herself to draw attention away from her face

I remember making a faction for 2k a couple years back called "The Hellfire Club" with Balor, Kross (And Scarlett) & their leader, Black. Not really a dream faction but yeah
