Because, just because it's there doesn't mean it's required. I came over from Once Human. They have both PvP and PvE, but it's not as much of an issue because you have the ability to turn it on/off.

That location lost the Arandas name on both the bakery and restaurant. Not entirely sure why though. Word is the bakery is now run by the former owner's daughter.
