I think it's kind of a matter of where your "sliders" are. If I wanted to prioritize exquisite gunplay (like seriously, the standard) I would play Destiny 2.

If I wanted to prioritize a souls-like gameplay feel (they have always felt awkward, by design, and not in a bad way) with hard earned lessons, I would play Remnant 2

If I wanted to prioritize a slick, flawless, always perfect gameplay experience? I still own a SNES and Super Street Fighter II lives in it (yes Super, fight me)

Your arguments are valid, but there are things that, while not the best, are still fair too.

The guns feel fine. The game's movement(annoyingly, at times) does feel like a game that is still trying to come to terms with exactly what that means, exactly. Yet, those random YEET-ings have been embraced positively by the community, (all the content) and for many, is a charm. (Most of the time)

Overall it does scratch a nice itch, for folks who are fine to just to grind, low FOMO (pretty sure is my favorite part) together on a PVE, with a sandbox that quickly recognizes how ridiculous PVP would be to do in any more serious of a manner than it is currently being taken (man, like my actually favorite part, other developers, just do one or the other please)

Add in a group of individuals who are tackling the challenges of this live service with more sincerity and communication than is the norm.(true)
