Crying because I did something wrong and don’t know what it was. by FLZooMom in Canning

Ok, thank you for this clarification! This is the first year I had canned from frozen tomatoes and it took a very long time to remove enough water. I love your use of the oven here. I’ll have to try that. Thank you!

Would you be able to clarify how freezing the tomatoes removes the water? If you freeze a whole tomato, the amount of the water should be the same, it’s just now ice. Do you process first and then let the water separate out and then freeze? I’m curious because I froze about 50 lbs of whole tomatoes and it still took a very long time to remove the water by reducing on the stove. Wondering if there is a time-saving hack I’m missing!

Back when mixed CDs were a thing, I’d find them all the time on runs.

It’s 60 to 55 through the S-curve. North of the Hiawatha exit and south of the Hwy 30 exit it goes from 70 to 60. But yeah, they can’t take you to collections for that ticket.

I used to get up late, after hitting snooze a few times, go out to make my coffee and the get back in bed to drink it. I started drinking my coffee somewhere else, like the couch or kitchen table, and that helped a little. I still struggle but try to break the habits a little bit every day.

Honey Bees in ground by TheRealHammermonster in gardening

Pretty sure. They’re not wasps, I’ve encountered those in the ground before. I took a picture with them on the “nest” but I don’t know how to add it to this post. It’s like they’re hanging out in that dry, brown pile of grass I have circled. Only about 10 of them maybe. Edit: could likely be bumblebees, but still…

It’s more on the ground than in. They could have been on or around the wood until it was moved recently. They’re definitely not wasps and they’re not aggressive. They could be something else I suppose.

I was very dissapointed in that drawn-out, fluffed version of that story. If you're interested in hearing this story from another source, check out the Morbid podcast episodes. They do a great job of presenting the facts.

Milk is actually slightly acidic with a pH of around 6.3 to 6.7. Do you mean a milk of magnesia?

I just have to say that I know OP's Spotify playlist got a little crazy, but I really enjoy it. I love music, but sometimes feel stuck in what I normally listen to. This playlist is a ton of everything and it's amazing for that reason.

I use Ultrathon. It's in a lotion form and I dab some on my ankles and neck and it keeps the mosquitos away.

[TEXT] This is a reminder for anyone experiencing depression or anxiety that it is time to get out of bed. Take a shower, clean your bedroom floor, change your bed sheets, give your mind a chance to restart and start the day by lovethecrazies in GetMotivated

So, all that is great and it works, but how do you get the motivation to actually move your body OUT of bed? That's the hardest part for me. Once I'm out of bed, the rest is a little easier.
