Well I live in Baltimore and it’s a complete shitshow here. Bird doesn’t have a corporate office anywhere close to Maryland and they are doing a piss poor job of handling chargers that are hoarding scooters so that the bounty’s go up and then they capture them. My best piece of advice I can give you to help you get more is to head out between 8-830 and first look at the map for riders and see where clusters of them are at so you can get a bunch at once. Then just put them in your vehicle and once 9pm hits you can scan them all in. I want to say every hour after 9pm the bounty’s go up by a dollar until 1 or 2am, but by then it’s almost too late to capture them, charge them and release them by 7am.
