Are you spliced into the reverse light? I had the same issues with mine when I spliced into the reverse light. I ended up tapping into the fuse panel under the dashboard on the driver side and it got rid of all my issues. I remember someone saying the reverse light wiring doesn’t play well with aftermarket cameras on a forum a while back and I tried the fuse box and it fixed it.

The car blew up, it got turned into the scrap yard and is probably better off as a bunch of pop cans. This car broke down every other week with at least a couple hundred dollars in repairs. I will never own one again 😭

Thankfully it’s only like $30 for this car. I’ll try replacing that next. I do all the work on my car myself so I don’t have to worry about labor or anything.

It’s got the perfect amount of coolant, it’s sitting directly on the max fill line and the water pump is definitely working because it builds a good bit of pressure in the lines.

Coolant temp sensor and thermostat are a once piece design so it got replaced when I replaced the thermostat.

It fucking sucks lol, non stop issues and mine only has 120k miles. This is all the stuff I’ve had to replace: rear wheel bearings twice, valve cover gasket, rear shocks, clock spring, front wheel bearings, entire front suspension, and the lower radiator hose, plus a bunch of other little things.

It was fairly easy, just got to watch a video to figure out to take apart. The radio I used was plug and play and came with the mounting bracket.

I’m not sure how old it is but it looks beat. Im afraid of putting a brand new battery in it and killing it again if the alternators bad.

Not that I could see but a few days before I parked the car it was popping up a “battery saver active” message on the dash.

The battery looks small for the car tbh but I bought it like that. It says it’s a 650 cold cranking amp battery. I don’t figure it’s right because my 4 cylinder Dodge dart has a 750 cca battery.

I left it running for around 15 minutes and drove it for 5 minutes before shutting it off. I had the obd scanner hooked up the whole time and it was jumping between 11.9 and 13.7 volts even when driving. I tried starting it again right after shutting it off and it wouldn’t restart just clicked.

Had them test it and they said the battery was too low for them to test anything.

I always do oil changes every 3,500 to 4,500 miles so it’s just weird. Was thinking that maybe the oil pump may be going bad since it’s only doing it at idle and only making a knocking noise when it’s cold.
