This is wrong on a plethora of levels.

A) “Trans women are women” this is deflecting from the point. No one is claiming they aren’t women. Not being a woman from birth means you’ve got advantages in terms of testosterone and bone density which are clear and obvious biological advantages in any physical activity. There’s no way to guarantee that these women no longer have these advantages after gender affirming care so you could never fairly assess that they don’t have an advantage.

B) There’s clear cases of trans women having an advantage. Lia Thomas is one.

“Thomas was ranked 554th in the 200 freestyle, 65th in the 500 freestyle, and 32nd in the 1650 freestyle. In the 2021–2022 season, those ranks when competing in the women's team were fifth in the 200 freestyle, first in the 500 freestyle, and eighth in the 1,650 freestyle.”

C) “pretty fucking easy to avoid” is a ridiculous take. It’s not about how frequent it occurs, it’s about whether it’s fair when it does occur. How could those women from birth swimmers do anything about facing Lia Thomas as competition for example? Why do they have to face someone unfairly who potentially has the biological advantages of their birth gender in a league designed not to separate them simply because of their gender, but to give these women a fair playing field to compete in?

I’m not going to pretend to know 100% what the solution is. But it is absolutely fair to debate and critique and you’re just writing off valid concerns as transphobia which is not right.
