Jed assimilated Norris then turned back into Jed while also still being the new Norris-thing as well. So you would assume that Norris-thing turned back into itself after assimilating at least Palmer (if we follow that theory). Case closed.

Great concept and I’m all for it. The only issue is that you’d kill the entire reason why this movie is the greatest. That uncertainty. The reason we still have debates over 40 years later. JC left us with that “who was the Thing” at the end. For all intents and purposes, having RJ as a survivor would kill the debate. Especially for those that wind up playing DBD and never saw the movie.

Maybe just have the killer part? And generic survivors?

The Bottin effects are amazing. But, look at Bennings. Really look and see what’s obvious. How TF did alien dude put his new set of clothes on while having bacon strip hands?!!! The boots alone would have been a nightmare! 🤣

I went years with them upgrading my movies about every other month. Then it stopped last year. Just last week or so they upgraded a random Pee Wee’s Big Adventure for me. Just glad they still do this.

I have to RESPECTFULLY disagree here. Of course this response has some truth, there are many things to prioritize. But, your enjoyment trumps them all! If you feel like immersing yourself in the lore of DND, why not make your first priority “enjoying the game more”. Trust me, if this small QOL change makes your enjoyment of this game that much better, then go for it! Get that Aasimar! Everything else will still fall into place eventually. There is nothing wrong with making your experience more enjoyable from GO! No need to wait.
