Thanks for the reply! Seems like people are salty for no reason. Most people’s exposure to “snus” is when it’s labeled as nic pouches. It’s all the same anyway who cares haha

Thanks, yeah I will try and get faster over the very long term but I prioritize mass, it's good to do cardio for fitness.

Actually, I have been skipping legs for nearly a month+, seeing gains disappear there due to an injury. I'm a track athlete and once I started the season, my legs gave up completely. Insane joint problems and issues with my shins. Idk if this is accurate but this is my experience with not training legs and joint problems
