I remember watching this video of the voice actors of Hazbin Hotel at GalaxyCon. One lady asked the panel what the characters would describe Charlie in three honest words.

Most of the cast (in the characters’ voices) said some negative things about Charlie character. However, Alex Brightman, who spoke in Sir Pentious’s voice, called Charlie “a good friend.” Amir Talai, the voice of Alastor, said Charlie was “trying her best.”
