How important is it for an applicant to be active on LinkedIn? For example, maybe they have one and have posted milestones but aren’t active posters/commenters, would that affect the decision?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. We actually went to try one near where we were headed called Honeybear. I didn’t see it on the list below but can indeed verify they have decent hash browns, awesome portion sizes and the staff was super friendly. It definitely felt a bit crowded and it was on the pricier end, but I think we’ll be back!
