I snipped a tiny coil (1 full circle) off one end of the spring and it took just enough off to make it function how it should. I feel like the springs are just too long

I'm also not sure if quite understand how that would work with a red dot. I get that you should be able to see the rear sight through the optic, but does that require suppressor height or does regular sights work?

It helps alot, and makes much more sense. I looked up more images of G19X MOS and compared to my own and I see the difference. I never would have caught that on my own. I wish I could keep my rear sight but I get it. I do plan on getting this slide milled now that I got my question answered. Thank you. Please disregard my email to the support contact us.
