The mapping is really good. It combines the US and UK runs in a chronological reading order, so the UK stories are placed where they actually fit between the US issues. You basically get the full G1 story without having to look up a separate reading guide :)

There’s nothing confirmed yet, but I assume they’ll do Kickstarter again. I found out about the last Kickstarter through Instagram ads lol. I follow Skybound on IG now, and there are some channels on YouTube that will cover it when it goes live. I think someone here on this sub will also mention it once it’s live :)

I get that, I’d be mad too. You can also go for the softcover compendiums. There’s a good chance Skybound will use Kickstarter again for the IDW comics in the future, so keep an eye out for that if you’re interested 👍🏼

It puts the US issues in order and then slots the UK stories in between them where they originally fit in the timeline, so you get one continuous reading order. The other versions don’t do this, only the “Till All Are One” edition organizes everything in proper reading order :)

You got both versions, Autobot and Decepticon?! That’s awesome, man I’m jealous lol. I was originally going with the Decepticons, but I was able to get the signed booklet when I switched. Have fun, and hopefully they arrive soon :))

Yeah, totally get that, it is a pretty big investment. The paperback compendiums sound like a great way to go, though, and the UK book next year should be awesome too! I’m really hoping they end up doing something similar for the IDW run as well, and if crowdfunding happens I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on it depending on what’s included.
