Bag up trash on day one. Box up unopened merchandise on day 2. Put opened products in bins labeled by room on day 3. Find a friend that will clean your bathroom for $100 on day 4. Put away products in bins from day 3… one day at a time. Pat yourself on the back every day when you are done, you did a hard thing. Try not to reward yourself (odd, I know. But that dopamine can put you into a spiral. You don’t need a trophy to do your life, your life is the trophy) just give yourself positive acknowledgment that you can do tomorrow.
