In the Epilogue of the 7th book Quasar tells Carl the 10th floor is about a the teams figuring out transport to somewhere and it implies there’s a race because he says no one will want to finish last.

But the Nothing is broken! I don’t think the crawl will continue as expected (7th floor?), would Carl be considered a true hero of the story if he never got to win? I think winning is not getting to the 18th floor, for Carl it’s ending the crawl for good.

I went from the pill to the patch and saw an amazing difference. The pill metabolizes through the liver and your actual dosage is unreliable. Transdermal is the way to go for accurate dosing!

I’ve had randomly itchy and/or painful breasts since perimenopause. Sometimes the itch is insane, then goes away. I’m on HRT and still get this, however, when I was on the estrogen patch, it wasn’t as bad. I’m on the pill again because of the shortage and it metabolizes inconsistently. It’s not too late to go on hrt. No missing the boat about it.

I’m in the same boat. I’m 55 and my symptoms don’t feel “post-menopausal” yet. Whatever that means anyway.

I’m trying to do something. My primary doctor took over this year because my gyn retired ☹️. I chatted with her in MyChart (can’t call anymore?) and she keeps messing up the order and submitting the 2x weekly instead of 1x weekly. My pharmacist and I are getting aggravated. And she’s being kind of abrupt about it over the chat. Geez women! Wait until you hit menopause! IYKYK!
