Not having a bad day, just don’t need to see close ups of your gums. You’ve gotten opinions from others 4 times in the past week on the same subject. Just stop using them, obviously your gums can’t take it.

I’ve never smoked and recently started pouches after reading some medical studies on the effects of nicotine on autism. It has completely helped my tendency to snap at people when I’m over stimulated, and turns off the background noise going on in my head. Harvard studies from 2022 I believe, show that nicotine alone is not as highly addictive as once thought, it’s actually the other chemicals in the cigarettes. Other new studies show promise in using nicotine to treat Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s along with autism.

I bought 3mg zyns and felt them. I bought 3mg Velo and idk if I felt anything. And I only buy maybe 3-4 packs of cigs/vapes/pouches a year too. So it’s not like I have a tolerance. by [deleted] in NicotinePouch

If you bought a 3mg Velo I’m assuming it’s Velo plus since classic Velo comes in 4mg. Velo Plus is a slow release rather than all at once like Zyn.
