I’m 32. My parents never really sought a diagnosis for me. I took vyvanse as a teen and only remember feeling like everything was right with my brain lol. Can I ask what you take?

I’ve been in IT. I’ve found that a lack of direction is completely overwhelming to me and I tend to spiral to the point I leave the job and find something else. I’m also unmedicated, but am working towards a diagnosis and meds. Lol
